Might be also a problem with some publishing rights issue or the taxman might have shown interest to his bc activit ...

Luckily one does not have to choose Smile. But basically i think TD's music is clearly the product of three guys creativity and KS is badically one man's vision. In my opinion TD was maginficient in 1972 ...
