I'm listening right now. Easily recognizable as Eloy. Good, not impressive.

Great album. I love DAY FOR NIGHT, the Pat Leonard production is kind of similar to the production he did for Madonna's Open Your Heart the same year.

The new Eloy album is simply a wonder of music and orchestration. I love it. It's an absolute masterpiece for me !

Has anyone else bought a copy on this forum ?

Interesting! Haven't heard anything from it by now, but I guess I'm going to buy it at some point, as Eloy is one of my old loves...

However I must admit that the two or three earlier "Jeanne"-inspired tracks on different Eloy albums were rather not my cup of tea, so I'm not so confident what Bornemann might have achieved going for the topic "full-size". Then again, a lot of listeners seem to like the new album, so there's still hope... Wink

I've just purchased Jörg Schaaf's brand new album Indiscreet via Bandcamp - his second solo album, after only 20 years! Shocked Laughing

It sounds really excellent (some of the tracks were already familiar though, Jörg had shared them earlier via YouTube etc.) and is highly recommendable - a lot of Berlin School-ish sequencer tracks, cool, contemporary grooves, beautiful melodies and fascinating soundscapes...

Motorpsycho - The Tower - another solid progressive psychedelic album by the Norwegians

Myrkur - Mareridt - great continuation of her previous album, very folky, nordic and black metallic tunes

I have that on too. Bought it 20 years ago on vinyl. Played it once, and I don't like it at all.
