I think that the title is referring to a Schulze quote about “natural” instruments vs electronic instruments. He said then that “violins didn’t grow on trees either” or something like this.

Indeed - here's the full quotation:

    "A synthesizer is a machine and therefore not a human instrument? That is nonsense. Quartz, copper and crystals are as natural as wood, strings and bows of the violin. I mean, a guitar or a violin doesn't grow on a tree either..."
