The next addidtion to this little "series" is a "fan" contribution of sorts, actually a fellow musician and listener, psychedelic guitar player and singer Iian Hawk, felt inspired by one of the tracks of my upcoming CD "Ombra - Revisited" to produce this slightly weird, but certainly psychedelic video...

Just the other day, YouTube EM music clip veteran Zrnho Corey had the kindness to upload another clip to one of my tracks, in this case "Memo for Nemo - Part 1", the rather quiet opener of my album "100 Million Miles Under The Stars"...

This is a trailer for one of my albums from 2007, "A Calm But Steady Flow" - all in all one of my slightly darker offerings (the visuals come- more or less - from the cove, and the booklet...).
This album is available as CD-R via Cue Records at the moment...
P.S. ...I'm going to post it in the "Brückner albums on Cue Records" thread as well (so if You've seen it already here, there's no need to watch it there, too, unless You think that's fun...

Well, it's been a long time that I shared something here - I really start to miss the four dislikes I always immediately received on YT right after I posted some video here...
Let's see if the trick will work that Lichtblick taught me some days ago - here's my latest YT entry for You, a 30 minute session in my home studio, recorded and filmed during my preparations for the upcoming little gig with Mathias Brüssel and Fryderyk Jona (this is - as You will easily see - only me, though - and my African wood giraffe...).
Some more details:
All You hear was improvised on the spur of the moment (I didn't even know which sounds I was going to use). The recording is unedited and directly recorded from my little mixer (including some bum notes as well as distortions and other flaws). Still I think it has some nice spots.
I also used a sustain pedal with the Korg Z-1 (and also have a knob with the same function for the Blofeld on the master keyboard) obviously to hold long notes; the fact that I couldn't take my foot from it partly accounts for my slightly strange posture when turning around to play the ELKA.
For some mysterious reason my camera decided to stop recording after some 25 minutes (in spite of the fact that it had hard disc space and power enough to continue), and so the last part of the improvisation wasn't filmed - I found some, erm... suitable replacement for the missing footage, though.

A new addition to the channel - this is one of my usual meandering studio improvisations, recorded a few days before I found myself in hospital.
The middle part (from about 9:30 on) is a bit more focused...

Here's another studio improvisation, Berlin School-ish, which I played after being interviewed via Zoom (and had prepared a few sequences and sounds for that interview, on which I then built this improvisation...).
Nothing new here, but most of it turned out quite nice.

Here's yet another studio improvisation, my usual style - actually recorded when testing a new webcam...
Therefore, I used only a basic setup: Waldorf Blofeld (mostly) for sequences, Behringer Model D as lead sound, Korg Z1 for pads, drones and additional lead sounds, and the old Korg 05R/W for additional synth string sounds.
In addition to the new webcam for the "overhead" view, I also used an old digital camera for the close-up of my hands on the M-Audio Oxygene master keyboard, which I use to play and/or control the Blofled, Model D and 05R/W by adressing them via separate MIDI channels.
The music is all improvised and made up in the moment I played it - which accounts for some lengths and imperfections, but I hope it's still worth the watch...
