Just from looking at the pictures I had a feeling there was something seriously wrong.

Looks like Amazon pushed back the first DSOTM box to February 5.

I would consider repurchasing if there is no remixing, what a disaster that would be.

Although I only miss DSOTM I, VII and X (and Evolution), I am going for the set(s), as per Amazon two more sets with 5 CDs each will follow. This implies some bonus material.

Anyone interested in the DSOTM orginals III, IV, V, VI, VIII, IX, XI (the ones with the black background and the blue circle? Send PM)

And I am looking forward to Ion and Andromeda on a physical media...

My first box shipped a couple of days ago from Amazon UK. Doesn't look like the others are up for preorder just yet.

Mine arrived at the weekend. I've never listened to the originals so cannot comment on any remixing etc.....

I like Cds 2 - 4 a lot, will need to listen to 1 again and yet to listen to 5.

I like the box itself, very nicely done.

I think there could be more information on both Klaus and Peter, as well as each album in the set.

I think they could have made different covers for each disc.
I think just listing Klaus's other albums inside the covers is not enough - I would have liked more information.
I think bonus material disc could have been something other than what appears to be excerpts of tracks from the series, including discs 1 - 4.
Overall, despite my qualms, a good deal for the music.

The bonus CD with vols 5-8 consists of three tracks from the original second CD of Are You Sequenced?, which were edited (SQ 1) or mixed by Namlook:

CD 5 Bonus
SQ 1 17:42
Voices In The Dark (Chill Mix) 08:29
SQ 4 (Short Cut) 04:29

As listed here:

That's cool, since they replaced them in the rerelease of "Are You Sequenced" with the (far inferior) "Vat Vas Dat".

But none of the "new" albums yet:

A bit of surfing took me to this article, that has a huge list of upcoming Schulze reissues. It includes a 16LP DSOTM box for vinyl fans.

(No idea what their source is though.)

This is really cool!

We get “Ion & Andromeda” as an album, what looks like all Wahnfried albums reissued as well, plus something else called "Klaus" on 2 discs, plus the "Thank You" bonus disc. Awesome!

So I'm really looking forward to “Ion & Andromeda”, "Thank You", and the Wahnfried reissues plus I'm hoping at last we'll get the early 1990s albums that have never been reissued (I'm sure there could be new bonus tracks added as well): "The Dresden Performance", "Beyond Recall", "Royal Festival Hall", "The Dome Event", "Goes Classic", and "Totentag". It would be very nice having all of KS catalog in (almost) uniform digipaks.
