Any news around this? It was discussed on the defunct emforum but no further news have since surfaced...

Anyone?

Stephen

Ed Buller just called me. OK so the release of an "old/new" cd is still on the cards as well as the DVD. The problem has been Flood and trying to get hold of him. So the possible step forward is to have a Node without Flood.
There is a distinct possiblility that the release may only be available via I-Tunes.
Ed and Dave have been writing new material as well which maynot suit the old Berlin School fans but they feel they have to move on so to speak.
Ed has promised me some more MP3 clips for next week so I'll post as soon as I have them.
Cheers
Brendan

I received an email from Ed last week:

Hi Dude
I have almost finished my rehabilitation into the UK music scene. Got an album coming out in January and a single on Radio 1 now . Gone back to my old management 140db ( that looks after flood as-well) . We have talked a lot about doing stuff as you know and now everyone is willing. The old node album is on I tunes and the company that bought the old catalogue from Deviant are interested in releasing news stuff. After Rob Died everything stopped for a while but know i really thing by next summer we will be up and running

all the best
ed

This is good news, indeed.

If Ed is looking for someone else to release this album -- and if everything else falls through --, please feel free to put him in touch with me.

Are any Node albums still available for purchase? I keep hearing about them but have never heard their music. Interested enough to try but come up empty.

I think CDS still have the first one, it was in their racks at Dundee Live in October, though you're best off emailing them

You can get the only (so far...) studio album, the eponymous 'Node', from the iTunes Music Store for US$4.95 (
