I would like to introduce a new radio show. The idea and the possibility for this new show already arose before the Corona crisis, but then it turned out to be the natural response to the challenges of these days:

The basic concept of the show is that of a live-on-air performance with guests. Sometimes we may talk about music and related topics, and sometimes we feature music or pre-recorded material. It is broadcasted on a monthly basis.

THF Experience is basically meant to be an experimental playground.

This time it'll be a plain 2 hours live broadcast of a music performance right out of the studio, featuring me and Volker Lankow at Percussions and Soundscapes.

The show will be broadcasted from the Torhaus, the small former gatehouse of the Tempelhof airport building, Columbiadamm 10 (opposite the Columbia Theater).

Potentially everyone can come and attend the show (well, of course assuming that the regulations of social distancing will be loosened at some point). Under good weather conditions it even would be possible to listen to the music right outside of the small building of the radio station at a lawn in front of the impressive former Airport Tempelhof Building and to spontaneously make it a small happening (There is even a bar). In fact I hardly can imagine anything which would be more like a renewal of the spirit of the Berlin School than that. Wink Exclamation
