Great movie. Story could become easily true. Bit scary if you think about it.

Quite possibly, and most probably, my favorite movie since Return of the King. I own the 2-disc DVD and watch it every several months or so.
SPOILER ALERT*** stop reading if you haven't seen the film
V's death scene in Evey's arms always makes me cry...and I mean CRY. Likewise her speech to Finch on the rooftop at the end as the crowds rush Parliament. Actually, I cry at about 3 other moments as well. Hugo Weaving (the man behind the mask and yes he played Mr. Smith in the Matrix movies as well as Elrond in LOTR) got screwed by the Acadmey Awards. To be as emotive and powerful as he was with his face completely hidden the whole film was an amazing achievement. Actually, the movie itself was robbed big time. If you read the reviews when it came out, the critics went nuts over it, calling it a brave and important and highly relevant film. Oh well.
Anyway, I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it!

I wasn't that impressed by V for..
I do think I shall watched it again. I first saw it with my gf in Hawaii while on holiday. I may have been distracted thus not able to soak in the film.

yep... I call that -a distraction-
The film was criticized because the trailer shown more like a
very action-oriented movie...
...and it's more on the action-thinking-drama...
LOl.. and my continuous gaze at Natalie P. probably caused me to miss alot of the film's dialog.
I will watch it again very soon.
