So the new tracks are:

*Acta non verba 09:57
*Trakl sans vox 08:34
*Totemfeuer Live 03:39
*Das lyrische Ich 16:19

So it's really the first and the fourth that look sizable and interesting, though of course it'll be great to check out the other two pieces.

Perhaps he/they are saving the remaining live archive for the new bootleg series.

This was innevitable considering the 6 years timespan to release the LVE series.

Then, LVE started in 2009 some 4 years after several selected box sets albums were released as standalone CD's: Vanity of sounds, Crime of suspense, Ballett 1-4 & Virtual outback, leaving a 7 albums hole.
KDM did his best to "fill" the space with other music which together with the chronological sequence messed up the original concept of reissuing 100% the old box sets.

I also rememebr on his blogpage KDM had a matrix with the future of LVE, at the end there were 2-3 blank sqaures with no cover artwork stating the intetion to release new material, if all goes well...
Now the same webpage is somewhat different indicating the current state and perhaps that everything may not have gone well...

I still think the LVE series was a great achievement offering one last cjhance to own a massive amonut of music without paying hundreds of dollars, anyone dare planning 6 years in advance these days Question Laughing.

I like the cover, but that release date is obviously wrong. I guess this came out around the same time this thread started (Amazon had March 31, too). Always great when there's a new KS album to anticipate.

Thanks Michael & most intriguing finding US release news before European.

This is a US market package ready for distribution:
-The Bio info style, UPC-A barcode, US$ price/unit indicate a US product
-The SSY catalogue code is Synthetic Symphony licensed to Entertainment One, the biggest US independent label
-The US release date seems to have been March, CDUniverse listed it but now say they'll advise when it becomes available

With stock sitting on US shelves yet no news for an European release I wonder what is going on.
KS must have finished this months ago & us hearing it close to a year later I hope it will be a timeless classic like many of his earlier works Laughing

And the music marketing is as confused as ever trying to pigeonhole such music:

As already noted the sale points section show how confusing this kind of music still is for marketing:
"the new studio album of the world's true trailblazer of Ambient!" yet suggesting to be catalogued under Roc/Pop Very Happy

Looking forward to it while listening to his earlier trailblazing Ambient works Laughing

Laughing I just heard it may be titled "Pirouettes" & the release date is more realistic now on 1st April.

After all my previous release date prediction wasn't that far off the mark if the US release worked out, I knew that Very Happy

The European parent label pulls the strings and it would be odd to see a new KS album's debut in the US...

It is bizarres how close the US got to release it while Europe is silent, best we know from KDM's comment was this "fall".

How cool would have been if by mistake a few boxes strayed out to distribution Very Happy

Thanks Michael,
with nothing happening it seems KDM's remark at the time about an autumn release might be true.
