I really admire composers who manage to write a catchy theme for a TV movie end credits that last less than one minute. Like this one, by Sylvester Levay for the film Stalking Laura from 1993. Goose bumps!

I would say "Luna Calante" (Waning Moon) by Moonbound (from their highly underrated debut album "Confession and Release")

Although not used for a movie score I would consider it one of the shortest (63 seconds) tracks of sheer musical beauty and certainly a piece that would fit in a good movie ...
