Any nice Midi Keyboard available?

So I am now fed up with my (even tiny) setup. Maybe, someone can help.

As I am using my computer mainly for programming/designing, so it's necessary to have a good typing position. Therefore, I cannot really put my keyboard (a.k.a. music workstation, 13kg) in front of myself, when composing. It currently resides to my left in a right angle, but as I usually switch between both keyboards, it's really getting uncomfortable. As I did not find any nice setup, yet, to have both keyboards in front of me, I thought about getting a Midi Keyboard that I can move more easily.

The first thing I found, which seems nice and not too expensive, is a M-AUDIO KEYSTATION 88ES. But with 10kg it's nearly as heavy as my KORG N264, which seems a bit strange. The advantage is, the Keystation only having one cable, namely USB, instead of midi and power lines.

Anyone having any suggestion on a Midi Keyboard (even used)? Or any hint on a setup, so I can easily use both the computer and the music keyboard?

Thanks, Stefan

And why not a shorter keyboard like M-Audio Oxygen-8 or similar?

This is actually an interesting alternative. But I am not sure about only having 2 octaves ...

surely the best thing would be to leave the midi keyboard in position and get a little sliding shelf/ bracket under the desk for the pc keyboard

I thought about that, but it unfortunately does not work for me, as the sliding desk of all computer desks I saw so far is too low, so I cannot sit properly anymore. :(

I would go for the Yamaha KX25/49/61 series. I have the KX25. Works perfect on USB plus you get Cubase 4 LE and the Halion playe for free.
