One of a Kind (1979) being one of my favourite records.

Bill Bruford's fusion group was able to mix Jazz/Rock/Prog in a unique way beautifully flavoured with synthesizer sounds (played by Dave Stewart).

Anybody knows Hell's Bells, Five G, One of a Kind, Faiting in Coils

This album is full of first class and high quality music.

If you don't know the record you should give it a try !

Wasn't that the local radio host owning an obscure station by the name of an italian river crossed by a famous emperor (JC) a few thousand years ago ;-)

Hi,

Yes that's a great album. I saw him twice that year with holdsworth on guitar. It was the year of the roto-toms. I think the year was 1978 but I could be mistaken. It was around the time he quit UK. I can say that everytime I've seen or talked to him, even when I was young, he was polite and courteous. One of my favorite drummers.
