Listen often to select albums, Knights of Fantasy and Night Cruiser. :) Though, I'd have thought it to be more funk--with synth-- than EM...

My thoughts exactly. more Classic disco-era jazz-funk. Love Island was a classic. Play it loud and liven up a party; play it soft and get your Lay-Dee in the mood for lurve..

I remember hearing this for the first time in the film Being There. I went out the next day to try and buy it. Took me a while to track it down.

I got turned on to him in Viet Nam and played it so much that I had to pitch the record in the dumpster.......I have it again
