Doepfer Dark Energy and Dave Smith Instruments Tetra

Hi, does anyone own either of these synths? If so, what are their strong points and weak points?

I'm thinking about buying one or both of them and would appreciate any information and opinions!

The Tetra is a 4-voice analogue synth. Very Nice.
