Well, although I put this one here, under "EM fusion with hard rock" it's only a very rough approximation for the music Alexander Schreiber from Vienna keeps on releasing since many years, under his monicker "Drug Music".
Actually, it's a quite adventurous, unique and uncompromising stylistic mix, rocking, driving, dancing and turning somersaults.
If You throw The Can, Nine Inch Nails, The Residents and the Beatles - and all sorts of different ingeriends, in a pot and stirr well, You might get a similar result - but then again, Drug Music will be different still.
However, it's music with some edge and a certain amount of weirdness, certainly not for the fainthearted...but brilliant in it's own way, I believe.
In addition to his solo albums, Alexander (who is, by the way, an old friend of mine back from my MySpace days...) invited several musical friends (OK, including my humble self) from all over the world to a collaborative album, entitled simply friends, already some years ago.
While this first album is - almost - "out of print" (actually it still can be found on Alex' SoundCloud page), he just released the follow-up "Friends 2" today, on BandCamp.

Well, CENTRAL STATION are the successors of NOT FROM THIS WORLD, not as a band but as the chiefs of the music game we all enjoyed a lot, first there was KALIMBA and then CENTRAL STATION came up with the Mandoline game, the result of our coop was FLASHES (click the link for the video).
