Do NOT support ANY music of WHATEVER style generated using AI. Even using that silly AI-generated imagery is utterly stupid, and AI can't -- for some reason -- depict proper keyboards either.
Three women live at the ICA London... LOL. And you really believe that no-one would have heard or told about it in the past 50 years, had it actually happened?
Come on...
Stephen
BTW, I'd rather you don't try to drag your reasoning onto a personal level, with dropping words like "psychopath" -- after all, you don't want to ruin all your credibility in the first post already, do you?
Try thinking about this for more than a few milliseconds. Allow that other part of your brain to kick in.
The back story, albums, gigs, etc., are obviously "fan fiction". Perhaps remembering what it was like to have some fun would also be a nice concept. No, of course they didn't play at The ICA, nor any of the other places. However, the music is actually played, with absolutely no AI at all - actually, no MIDI either, but that's beside the point. The music doesn't actually hurt anyone, unlike your threats to give someone a "bashing" - what a lovely, thoughtful, and caring person you must be. Although, in this case, I guess there's some luck as the band is Italian, not German - there would be much quivering in boots in fear of your "bashing" if a German name had been used. Phew, that was a lucky escape.
Anyway, this is supposed to be about the music, not the violent tendencies of a potential psychopath.
The music (which is 100% real, as noted) has been given a fun context, it is in no way intended to fool anyone, or extract large amounts of money from them. Everything was initially offered at "name your price" and eventually the free download limit is reached, so a final price is added (still pretty low, IMO). It would be true to say that money is of no interest here; however, having some fun and playing some enjoyable music is of interest.
A surprising number of people still paid for the music even at "name your price", so I imagine they heard something that they enjoyed. Indeed, the personal messages would bear this out - and they were also able to embrace the fun aspect of the "fan fiction" context; many found that it enhanced what can be a very dry musical environment.
If you don't enjoy the music itself, well that's perfectly fine and your absolute right. Sometimes it's really just about the music, rather than swinging your d*ck about - luckily, these Italian ladies can't do that. However, quite a few people do seem to enjoy the music and accept the context for what it is. Your "bashing", written, or otherwise, is awaited.
If the "story" around the music is more interesting than the music as such, the one who came up with it must have done something wrong.
But what do I know, my music sucks anyway, no matter whether there is a story around it or not.
Peace and enlightenment, hugs and kisses etc.
Yours,
Mr. Parsley, the friendly Hun
Thanks a lot, very kind of You.
