Just wondering if anyone has heard of Jean-Luc Hervé Berthelot?

I came across one of his projects.... JIHEL on Bandcamp,
and was surprised that his music goes right back to the mid/late 70's...

Never heard of him before,
but having listened to a few of his albums I was suitably impressed....

On a first cursory listen,
I'd say he's perhaps somewhere between what Schnitzler and Schulze...

I have downloaded Caves full of clouds, Pieces of memories and The forgotten sanctuary, three excellent albums in my opinion. I also have his three Tales trilogies.

Thanks Rapsodies :D

From what I've heard on his Bandcamp page I'm very impressed,
so like you, I'll likely start buying them.

I'm just amazed there is so little on the internet about him,
and from what I can tell,
there is very little (if anything) available in physical format (only download)

Quite astonishing really given he's been around for so long... :?

I haven't bought any as yet,
but will likely go for the discography from Bandcamp as soon as finances permit... 😉
