This is an album from 1993 that I still play from time to time. It's a dynamite electronic rock album from Jesus Jones that stays in your face from the first to the last second. Check it out, you may like it.

Unfortunately, the band is no longer around.

Any fans of the album?

In a very odd bit of timing - I played that through about a week ago at work. Yes - I think it may be their best album (although I only have 3 of their albums...) Ha - my band back then used to cover the 'hit' track off of liquidizer... I sang it very badly... (I wasn't the lead singer...more of a backup kind of guy - but I sang lead on that one because I could get more gravely voiced.) :) Weird - I can remember the words, but not sure of the title.

Anyway - yeah, Perverse is a nice album. They dropped a lot of the overly blatant samples on the previous albums - and I think their songwriting showed through better.

I have Doubt and just recently played it again. I like it just fine, some songs more than others. My faves are "International Bright Young Thing," ""Real, Real, Real," and the last number, "Blissed" which I think is the best track on the CD.

I agree with you on Blissed - great track. Welcome Back, Victoria always does it for me as well.

Yellow, Brown off of Perverse is quite nice.

Yes, their 1997 album "ALREADY" is less electronic. An OK album, but I never beacme a big fan of the record. I didn't know that they released an album called "LONDON" in 2001 though... Probably the last thing they did.

Doubt is probably a bit more pop-sounding than Perverse is.
