I think there are a few KORG ARP 2600 owners on this forum that can answer a After Touch question.

The manual doesn't tell me where to patch the After Touch output on the 3620 keyboard to the 2600.

I would like to know how you use the After Touch output.

Thank you for taking a few minutes for any info you can give me.

You can patch it anywhere, e. g. for modulating pulsewidth etc.

I don't own a 2600FS but the option mentioned above seems likely to me.

Thank you Stephen for taking the time to reply but what I was really looking for was a fellow 2600FS owner so we could swap patches.

I know the 2600FS is a synthesizer with endless possibilities and I have a patch book with 100 patches but I would like to get the most out of this world sounds I could find.

When I do find some outrageous sound it is gone once I power down and I'm too lazy to write it down to prevent losing it.

Maybe you should go for the plug-in version instead.

To VCO1 ... Please tell me why you say my post was weird ... people exchange patches everyday here in the USA

To Stephen ... Please tell me why you would say a plug-in version is better than a 2600FS

I've been a member since this forum started in 2007 ... This is the first time my post was ridiculed ... and by prominent members to boot ... shame on you!

What do you want to control via AT? I normally patch it to VCF CV (breaking up VCO 2).

Thank you Eric ... your suggestion is exactly how I am currently using AT.

Like I said earlier ... my question was only a way to meet other 2600FS owners here on the forum ... but what I got before your response was not what I expected ... and from two members with almost 7000 posts
