Megabyte

Those two guys named Mega Jr. and McByte ... it's interesting there's barely anything to find about them but stuff refering to their 90's albums with Megabyte.
Anyone has a source of later works and their real names?

Searching EM portal I just found a thread on IC, which reminded me of all the old vinyl albums in my cupboards. :D

The cd-sleeve states Megabyte are Amanda Mega and Billy Byte, but the actual musician behind it is are no other than Thilo Rex and Stephan (Steven) T

Great, thanks. I read an old interview lately stating that the main musicians stayed the same but chose the new aliases, as you said. So, I suspect they still were Rex and T

Megabyte is/was some great music, i love Powerplay and Go for It.

Hi all!
I am new on this forum.

I was (am) a big fan of Megabyte music from "Powerplay" to "The Cut".

Thilo Rex (rest in peace) and Steven Toeteberg have made the first Megabyte album "Powerplay".
From "Go For It" to "The Cut" who are the musicians behind the name: Maxx Mega Jr. & Leroy McByte??

From the interview of Megabyte, Leroy says:
"There was a partial change of members, yes. but we were involved in MEGABYTE since the beginning"

I think that Thilo Rex (Leroy McByte??) was the only musician who played all 6 albums, but Steven Toeteberg played only the first album so.....who was the real musician behind Maxx Mega jr.?

....I did not found any info about the real names of the last members..
I think only that Thilo Rex is Leroy McByte...
