It's interesting - I've been a fan of Carolina Eyck for many years now (...and even owe her a gig "around two corners"), but just today I realised (because she's talking about it in the YT video above) that she's the daughter of Jan Bilk, an electronic music pioneer from the former GDR, and founder of the project SERVI. I had come across one of their albums years (decades) ago, but haven't listened to it since. Well, not bad at all, actually...
