Sad news indeed. And again.

Sakamoto has been part of my musical life since the early 80's. Loved early YMO. Wasn't too fond of his earlier solo works. But kind of re-connected with his music recently. async is absolutely fabulous. As are his albums with Taylor Deupree. To name but a few.
