Strange that they have Dreamlight which is rare as only 50 copies were made available and i certainly haven't sold any copies of Kindred Spirits to anyone in Russia!

Simple really... someone has a legit copy, it's then copied and issued on the torrent sites, someone else takes it [a russian] makes it available to download via payment of somekind.

I found my music available to download on mp3fiesta too, tried telling them to remove it, but to no avail

It stipulates in their music policy that they pay the labels and respective artists any revenue generated by download sales. Which is basically a lot of bullshit, my labels or me havent seen a penny.... which is how these sites get round the legal stuff, when it's really illegal!

how on earth russia expects to get taken seriously, possible EU membership sometime in the future, etc
when this sort of thing is 'legal' there, they have a very long way to come, and do not seem interested in starting the journey

oh well, be alienated then, russia
