a lot about food, cars, movies and other not so exciting things here, but who has an answer for this;
what is the midi command for the maq 16/3 for starting and stopping the machine from my P3?

there isn't one, it only responds to midi clock, not MTC or MMC

set the MAQ tempo to ETS, to start and continue in sync with external clock and ETC to start in sync with external midi clock

remote control from the p3.
okay no start stop, but you can remote almost everything.
