So, recently I mentioned that show, which definitely was sci-fi. Last week I watched another TV show, that started out as kind of film noir, but then surprisingly turned into sci-fi as well. Completely unnecessary in my opinion, as I liked the show up to this twist. A similar experience sometimes occurs with a song. It starts out great as space ambient, but then unexpectedly turns, for example, into some soapy pop, completely throwing me off and makes it vanish from my playlist. Luckily for us, all tracks of this edition "behave well". Some definitely have twists, but well made and for the better.
