Tour De France

Here's a question about the Tour De France...no not the Kraftwerk track, but the Theme music that Channel 4 used for it's coverage of the Tour in the late 80's or early 90's. Any idea who wrote it? I used to think it was somebody like Pete Shelley or BeBop Deluxe. Any help appreciated.
