Although I've never ordered anything directly from Groove. They have an amazing repertoire of artists. If I had the cash I would try and buy a lot more.

I've ordered from Groove a couple of times -- CDs that I really, really wanted, given the cost of trans-Atlantic shipping! Impressed the heck out of my mailman, though!
Never had a problem with them, and when I placed my second order it was like we were old friends.

From the musicians side: they (as a retailer) pay fast too after you sent their order to them.

Groove is my EM supplier. Good and fast service. But I will probably start using Planet Origo instead when they start.
