IC connected me with the real EM world. The first record with them I bought was Robert Schroeder's Harmonic Ascendant back in 1979. A real Classic !

I think my first was Megabyte's Powerplay, followed by Quiet Force's Flow. I dug both and acquired a whole bunch of others including stuff by Software, Robert Schroeder, Double Fantasy...I think their mid-'80s stuff was excellent. Their music changed (quite dramatically in some cases, like Quiet Force, Software, and Megabyte) by the early '90s, though. Still, early on, IC was a fine EM label.

I think the first record on IC that I bought was Robert Schroder's Paradise in 1983.

Excellent label when Klaus was in charge and then went downhill after that (IMHO)...that reminds me I need to put my two Megabyte CDs on eBay
