Yes, absolutely, he is Breton (and has always lived in Brittany) and won five TdF between 1978 and 1985. Other Breton champions who won the Tour de France: Jean Robic (1947), Louison Bobet (1953 1954 1955)...

Nice lookin bike EP, Dura Ace?..Carbon?
carbon fore and backfork, frame is alu.
btw my season record is now 42km. at an average of 34.1 km/hour.
can`t do it much faster or I have to train night and day and stop with those hertog jan. (beer)
